Hotelsa Foodservice initiates the fabrication of lyophilized products in Morocco.

Recently, we have started producing lyophilized products in the installations of Hotelsa Morocco.

The production line has a production capacity of 5.000Kg each day in every fabrication turn. This modern production line will allow the fabrication of about 140 different references intended to the Moroccan Market and to the export to Cape Verde and Angola.

At first, we will produce all kind of desserts, dairy and flour products specially aimed to pastries and bakery. Then, we will start producing powdered salted products.

With this enlargement, Hotelsa will assure its presence in the Moroccan Market with productive facilities in Agadir, and warehouses in Agadir, Marrakech, Saidia, Tetuan and, soon, in Tangier.
