    - Dissolve the contents of the packet (50g) in 1 liter of whole milk, beat, and add the necessary sugar, usually around 600g. - Heat 4 liters of milk on low heat, and when it starts to boil, add the previous mixture. - Keep boiling for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. - Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before pouring into the molds. - Let it rest in the fridge for at least 45 minutes and decorate to taste, especially with burnt sugar or caramel syrup.
