Mexico, getting bigger day.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES EXPANSION of in MEXICO

During the month of June 2010 concluded the expansion of the productive capacity of lyophilized concentrates and syrups.

You have installed a new ribbon blender with centrifuge and controller for continuous production of 500 kg. of powder in 20 minutes. This mixer is in addition to the current existing line capacity of 200 Kg which is installed with sufficient production capacity to meet the continuously increasing demand for the delegation of Mexico. Shortly a new volumetric filler was installed to increase capacity and bagging packaging products in this line.

At the same time it has completed the installation of two new tanks and lines slush syrups, the first of them to concentrate production with a capacity of 2000 liters every 30 minutes and the second with a capacity of 1,000 liters per 30 minutes automatic heat treatment. These are supplemented by previous mixers 250 GALLON.

Interview with Evaristo Lopez, Production Factory Mexico:

What has been the result of the installation of the new line of powder mixing?
Qualitatively and quantitatively impressive findings. The mixing process is more homogeneous in less time and therefore greater production capacity.

Does the new production line Syrup has had the same effect as the previous?
It has even improved the previous result since the great increase sales Syrup has been undertaken by the new machine has adapted the production to market demand.

How has evolved productivity?
With the implementation of this machine productivity has increased by over 160% while maintaining the same number of production workers has increased from 20,000 to 45,000 Kg per month. In brief dates will begin to use the maximum capacity of the line is 2,000 liters per 30 minutes.

How do you see the current production system?
The improvement has been high since besides these machines complete the whole process of osmosis with the installation of automatic chlorinators, automatic dispensers and new equipment control bacteria with ultraviolet rays that food security is complete.
