Stewed Lamb with Prunes and Dates
Ingredients
- A baby lamb leg
- Garlic flakes (HOTELSA)
- Onion flakes (HOTELSA)
- Green pepper (HOTELSA)
- Diced carrot (HOTELSA)
- 3 Parsley branches
- A lemon
- Mushroom flakes (HOTELSA)
- Prunes (HOTELSA)
- Dates (HOTELSA)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 250mL Beef broth (HOTELSA)
- 10mL Apple vinegar
- A glass of white wine

- Cut the lamb leg in pieces and put them in a platter.
- Add garlic flakes, parsley, salt, lemon juice and let it all night to marinade.
- The next day, brown the lamb leg in a high pan with olive oil.
- Then, lower the heat, add the onion, the green pepper, the carrot, the mushrooms, vinegar, the beef broth, and white wine, and let it cook softly stirring it sporadically.
- It will be ready in an hour.
- Serve it accompanied with a trimming of prunes and dry dates.
