Nuts salad with walnut dressing
Ingredients
- 1 Oak Lettuce
- 100g Tender shoots
- 300g Nuts (Crunchy soybean, sliced almonds, fried corn…)(HOTELSA)
- 25g Olive Oil
- 50g Walnut dressing (HOTELSA)
- 100gr Balsamic Vinegar
- Orange Juice
- 2 Spoons of Honey (40g)
- Flax and poppy seeds (HOTELSA)

- Clean the lettuce and the shoots and save them.
- Put vinegar, honey and orange juice in a saucepan and cook it at very low heat.
- Stir it ocassionaly to reduce it little by little.
- When the vinegar is almost reduced, take it away from fire, add the nuts and the walnut dressing and stir it well to impregnate them with the reduction.
- Add now olive oil and stir it. You already got the salad dressing.
- Then, put the shoots in the centre of a salad bowl and all around, the lettuce. Dress it with the reduction
- Finally, decorate the salad with flax and poppy seeds.
