Pork Osso Buco with sauce
Ingredients
- 8 Pork Osso Bucos
- Onions flakes(HOTELSA)
- ½ Leek
- 2 Peeled tomatoes cut into pieces
- 1 Diced carrot (HOTELSA)
- Garlics flakes (HOTELSA)
- A glass of sherry white wine
- 2 glasses of beef stock (HOTELSA)
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cornmeal (HOTELSA)
- Chips for garnish

- Peppersalt the Osso Bucos,then, flour and brown them in a pan with oil.
- Let it rest
- In the same pan, saute the onion flakes and the chooped leek.
- Add garlic, carrot and the tomatoes and stir-fry it all together
- Add now the wine and the browned Osso Bucos and stir it all.
- Cover it all with the stock, saltpepper it and let it cook sofly until the meat is soft enough.
- Once cooked, carefully take the Osso buco out and crush the vegetables.
- For serving, put the pieces of Ossobuco in a tray accompanied with the vegetable sauce and the chips.
