Vegetable Paella
Ingredients
- 350g Round grain rice
- 50g Paella basis (HOTELSA)
- 100g Green beans
- 150g Green peas
- 2 Carrots
- A bunch of parsley
- A zucchini
- 3 Spoons of olive oil
Manufacturingen breve
- Sauté the chopped vegetables in a pan with olive oil.
- Add 50g of paella basis along with 2 litres of water and boil it.
- Add the rice and continue boiling until the complete evaporation of the water.
