Gratin salmon with hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

- 4 Salmon fillets of 150g each unit - 250mL of Hollandaise sauce (HOTELSA) - Green pepper - ¼ glass of olive oil - Salt and pepper

- Marinate the salmon with salt, pepper and olive oil during half an hour. - Grill the salmon 3 minutes each face. Preparing the sauce: - Heat 250mL of water. Before it boils add 25g of HOTELSA hollandaise sauce. Stir it until completely dissolved - Boil it without stop stirring it. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. - Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish and cover it with the hollandaise sauce. Gratin for 8 minutes. - Fry the green pepper strips in a pan with oil. - Now assemble the dish placing the salmon with the pepper.
