Barbecue sauce
Ingredients
- 60g of dehydrated tomato sauce
- 6 Spoons of white wine vinegar
- 6 Spoons of onion flakes
- 2 Spoons of honey
- 2 Spoons of mustard
- 10g of slivered garlic
- 2 Spoons of olive oil
- White pepper powder
- Salt
Manufacturingen breve
- Dissolve the dehydrated tomato in 300cc of water.
- Heat the olive oil in a small pot, and then add the onion and the garlic.
- Fry for 3 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Now, put the salt and the pepper.
- Cook the mixture during 15 minutes at very low heat, adding occasionally hot water to prevent the sauce to become dry.
- It should be slightly thick.
- It can be served hot or cold
