Mimosa sauce with yoghurt
Ingredients
- 250mL Liquid natural yoghurt (HOTELSA)
- A lemon
- A garlic clove
- A few sprigs of parsley
- A boiled egg
- 4 Spoons of olive oil
- Salt
Manufacturingen breve
- Mix the lemon juice, the brunoise of garlic, the parsley, olive oil, and the boiled and peeled egg in a bowl and crush it all with a fork.
- Add the yoghurt little by little until a creamy sauce is obtained.
- Salt it and beat it with a rod.
- Serve the sauce decorating the plate with a bit of chopped parsley and pieces of lemon peel.
