Beef steak with hunter sauce, accompanied by rosemary potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 Beef tenderloin steaks
- 500g Hunter sauce (HOTELSA)
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Cup of Olive oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Fresh rosemary

Hunter Sauce:
- Heat 500mL of water
- Before boiling empty 50g of hunter sauce HOTELSA and stir it until completely diluted.
- Boil it without stop stiring and simmer it during 3 minutes.
Rosemary potatoes:
- Dice the potatoes and boil until they are half-baked.
- Drain the potatoes and put them in an oven dish.
- Add the Olive oil and the fresh rosemary, mix it all and bake it in the oven half an hour until they are caramelized.
Finally:
- Fry the steaks with the garlics in a pan with oil.
- Saltpepper it and dish the tenderloins washed with the sauce and accompanied with the rosemary potatoes.
