Ingredients
- 8 Puff pastry vol-au-vents
- 250g mushrooms flakes
- 10g garlic flakes
- 150g onion flakes
- 2 Eggs
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
Manufacturingen breve
- First of all, heat the oil in a pan and brown slighly the garlic flakes.
- Add the onion and the mushrooms flakes and let it simmer. Add salt.
- Meanwhile, beat two eggs with the chopped parsley.
- Then, fill the volovanes with the mixture and add above the egg with the parsley.
- Finally, bake the volovanes until the egg curdles.
