    Manufacturingen breve
    1.- Mix one part of flour with one part of water. 2.- Stir until smooth. 3.- Pour a small amount of the resulting liquid batter directly onto the griddle and spread it with a wooden spreader until a thin layer is formed. 4.- After a few minutes, flip the crêpe using a wooden spatula. Let it cook for a few more minutes, and it will be ready to serve.
