Excellent ''Suprem'' high-quality leek cream soup, with pieces of freeze-dried leeks, specially made for the hospitality industry.
Very easy to prepare and highly accepted.
And in the summer, don’t forget to use it to make an exceptional vichyssoise, which you can serve chilled.

Contains milk and soy. May contain traces of egg. 1.- Dissolve the contents of the bag in 12 liters of cold water, stirring well to avoid lumps. 2.- Heat and bring to a boil, stirring until it begins to boil. 3.- Keep on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4.- Let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
